NT Aerospace Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. (the Company) was established in India in the year 2022 primarily as an investment vehicle for a group of investors from the United States, Malaysia and Indonesia for their investments into the aviation sector in India.
The Company is advised by a team of individuals from several countries who are both experienced and qualified in the aviation industry and the business. Their combined experience in the aviation industry exceed 100 years.
Business Model
The investment programs of the Company will cover 5 years with the culmination of the establishment of aircraft passenger to freighter conversion facilities.
Several investments and business activities will be carried out by the Company in the duration of the 5 years and the business models that will be adopted areas follows:
For the main investment of MRO development, the Company itself will be carrying out the business.
The Company plans to either carry out the business by itself or do it under a joint venture arrangement with a third party.
In this regard, the Company will extend/open invitations to third-party participants to participate in the business. A subsidiary company will then be created through the cooperation or joint venture agreements as the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to carry out the business.
This model will be used for the larger investments such as the development of Aircraft MROs and Airport extension and developments.
For other businesses, the Company will establish subsidiary companies to carry out the business.
The Company will also be investing in and carrying out several different businesses in the aviation sector. To clearly separate the activities of the businesses carried out and to avoid the comingling of funds, the Company will set up subsidiary companies to take over the business activities established by the Company earlier. These may be fully owned subsidiaries or partially owned subsidiaries.
The businesses under this model will include Aircraft Leasing and Chartering, Private and Business Jets Operations, Aircraft Trading, Air Ambulance services.
