Investment & Development of MRO Facility

This is the main investment plan of the Company.

Setting up an MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) is highly capital-intensive with a long break-even time. Operating a credible MRO is highly dependent on continuous investments in:

• Manpower, which needs to be regularly trained;

• Equipment and tooling;

• Certification from safety regulators such as the FAA, EASA, and global OEMs such as Airbus, Boeing, and others — in addition to certification from the local regulator — in order to stay relevant in today’s competitive global environment.

All these need to be carried out with a strong focus on quality and turnaround time.

The potential for success of an MRO in India is immense, given the current shortages India is facing in this sector of the industry and the increasing number of commercial aircraft that will be operating in India.
