Acquisition of Land

Land Acquisition and Site Development

The first step is to acquire land in or near airports to locate the facility.
The Company plans to obtain a long-term lease of land in or around airports. This land will be utilized for the construction of the MRO and MRO support facilities.

The MRO support facilities may be located within or outside the airport areas and will include warehouses and aviation specialty shops.

The Company is currently exploring strategic locations suitable for developing aircraft MRO facilities, including:

  • Bangalore – 100 acres of land strategically located close to the Bangalore International Airport.

Once the land acquisition process is completed, the Company will be involved in all stages of land development, including design and layout planning, and construction.
