Administrative Building
The main administration building will control and monitor all activities within the facility. The size, number of rooms, and other requirements will take into account the function and purpose of the building.

Hangars, Warehouses, and Stores
The heavy maintenance hangars to be built will be amongst the most technologically advanced in Asia and capable of accommodating a wide range of commercial aircraft. The plan is to build hangars to accommodate work on both narrow-body and wide-body aircraft.
In addition to the hangars, several warehouses to store aircraft parts and components will be built. Special warehouses with temperature- and humidity-controlled rooms/areas will be constructed for this purpose, as some aircraft parts and components require storage that is both temperature- and humidity-sensitive.

Aviation Specialty Shops
Aviation specialty shops will also be constructed. The buildings will be customized to suit the specific aviation specialty trade that will occupy them. These include wheels and brakes shops, avionics shops, and interior repair and customization shops.
